Weight Loss

Well, things in my weight loss life aren't going as good as I would have hoped! I have only lost 7.2 pounds to date, since I started back up again. I think that I have finally pin pointed the problem. When I first lost all my weight after the twins were born, I was nursing and never really exercised. But now, I'm not nursing (that would be weird nursing that at 2 1/2) so I need to exercise to loss weight. I'm not huge into sweating, so that causes a little bit of a problem. I will do it, but it is not my favorite thing in the world. So my new goal is to hit the gym at least 3 times this week, hopefully 4. Hopefully this will help my weight loss journey out. I don't think that I’m going to gain like this next Christmas because it is March and I’m still loosing the weight. So, I will let you know how it goes.

First let me say that 7.2 pounds lost is still 7.2 pounds! Think of it in terms of meat- That's like one of the huge packages of ground beef at Costco! So good job with that! Anyway- I think your exercise goal will make a huge difference. When I was going to the gym, I lost weight so much faster than when I didn't. I'm not really looking forward to going through that whole process again, but eventually I will have to. Too bad you don't live closer or we could go together (Later, of course).

You're right, exercise is the key. I've been doing a lot of that lately too =) I'm using sparkpeople.com to log my exercise and nutrition and I love it. You should check it out and add me as your friend on there so we can keep tabs on each other. My sister Sarah is doing it with me too for now (but she may have a little someone on the way so that may slow things down for a good part of the year)
