Lacey progress
Well, things haven't been going as well as they had in the past. Lacey had 4 accidents yesterday. 2 wet, 2 that weren't. I don't know why she had so many accidents. I don't know if it was because I was busy doing stuff for Lydia’s party, or what. I'm a little bit frustrated about it. She woke up dry this morning, and then we went to the gym. I was worried how she would do at the daycare. I guess she did great. Lydia said that she took her potty and she went. So I guess that was a good. But then she just had an accident during Lydia party. I'm not sure why. I hope now all the stuff is done with Lydia she will go back to using the potty. She really wants the panties so we will see how she does. I will let you know.

I bet she had an accident at the party because it was FUN being there, and if she left to go potty, she would leave the party.
This always happened when I taught the 1's and 2's. If something fun or exciting was going on, nobody would use the potty. We would ask over and over again if they had to go and they always said no, and then we would find a puddle somewhere.
(Or something grosser!)
SO I think, not just asking her if she has to go, but MAKING her go, taking her in the bathroom and sitting her on the potty when she says she doens't have to go and it has been awhile will help with that. It did with my class. We would stop the fun thing we were doing and everybody had to sit on the potty until they went.
