Lydia Birthday

Lydia’s birthday is today. I can’t believe that she is already four years old. We just finished having a birthday party with some of her friends, and she had a blast. She had 4 friends over and we played games and eat lunch, had cupcakes and play. They loved it. We are having another party tonight with our families, so that should be fun as well. We went to the gym this morning and on the way home I was thinking about when she was born. She was only 20 minutes old four years ago, when I was thinking about it. Right after I had her they weighted her and measured her then I got to hold her for maybe one minute or so, then they took her down to the nursery because she was grunting and having hard time breathing. Jason stayed with her and I didn’t get her again till 3 or so, then I got to nurse her then they took her to the NICU and she had an IV in her head, and it was not fun at all having her in the NICU. She was there 6 days. I can’t believe that has been so long. Wow, time fly’s.
This morning when the kids were getting in the bath, Jason was talking to Lydia about how old she is turning today. Jason said “Lydia you are 4 years old today” she said no “I’m not old, you are, I’m young” so she is 4 years young today.

Oh how exciting. She is too cute. She probably loved having her little party. You'll have to let me know what kind of games you played. Were they just board games??? Just thinking ahead for kenz's. Again good job on the cupcakes.

Lydia's little quote to Jason is hilarious! Happy Birthday, Lydia!

Yeah! Happy b-day to Lydia. Can you believe she is already 4? Crazy. Hope Lacey can keep up the potty training...Maybe she was having too much fun the other day and didn't want to miss out by having to go use the potty? Lots of kids did that at the daycare.

Wow, I can't believe she is already 4. Soon she'll be in Kindergarten. Looks like a fun party. Sorry about Lacey. It's always nice when they get potty trianed quick.
